I have been exploring the many avenues of culinary experiences in my 30 years of my cooking journey.  I have a culinary degree from Northern Michigan College in Traverse City.  I have a background from catering to providing personalized culinary experiences such as cooking classes to personalized dinners in the client's home.  I have worked as a chef at the Park Place Hotel, Grand Traverse Resort and the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.  I have also managed bakeries in Plymouth and Northville Michigan along with time spent working as an executive chef at the Orchard Lake Country Club and Peninsular Club in Grand Rapids.  Let's have a conversation about what experience you may be looking for such as birthday parties, bridal showers, pop up dinners at the School House and anything in between.
